Chuggin engine and Putrid Smell

I have a shudder on my 2013 ats when the car is between 1st and second gear (automatic transmission). as a result, I have to keep my foot in the tank to keep it going.

I am also having a putrid urine smell when I turn on my air.

taking it in to the dealer tomorrow. Hopefully all will be corrected.
