OBD scanner, Torque app questions

I'm getting an HP Tune for my car and want to be able to monitor temps, i don't know much about these bluetooth scanner things or the Torque app but hoping somebody has some input. I have $16 in my paypal and just looking for something to spend it on. If there is a better one i should get let me know, i wasn't looking for this it was just the first one i saw.
