8spd transmission gear change issue

Anyone had any issue with the 8spd tranny when if shifts gear there is a long delay before it is in the next gear? I can't reproduce it, has happened once to me and once to my wife. Not safe if you expect jump into another lane and take off.

I thought I saw someone post a TSB about a tranny issue, but I can't find it.

Any help is appreciated as I want to have some info before the dealer visit. I can see it now, "We can't reproduce is the issue, but we made a note".
