We're pleased to announce the release of tuning support for the 3.6 powered ATS models on our inTune and Trinity tuning devices.
Tunes for 91 octane and 93 octane are provided, with gains of 12 rwhp and 15 ft-lbs seen on 93 octane over stock. (Stock pulls were made on 93 octane as well).
For those with a flex fuel equipped ATS 3.6, the same tunes will increase power by 20 rwhp over stock (when compared to running E85 on the stock tune).
End user adjustments include rev and speed limiter adjustment, tire size/gear ratio speedo correction, idle speed in p/n and drive, WOT spark, WOT fueling, and there's also what we call throttle boost which allows you to increase (or decrease?) the sensitivity of the pedal as related to actual throttle movement.
There are also 2 trans tunes available, a firm and hard shift option, and you may adjust shift points and pressures if you desire.
Any inTune or Trinity can be updated today and used to tune any 13-15 ATS 3.6
There is always a chance of running into an unsupported calibration that we haven't run across yet, just let the tool read your stock tunes out and send them to us and we update the tools weekly to add anything new from the field.
Let me know if anyone has any questions!
Thanks
heres the E85 dyno sheet, I'll post the 93 sheet tomorrow.
(this is e85 on the stock calibration vs e85 on our flex tune)
