Cabin Air Filter

Was looking at some Cadillac accessories and found this. According to the text, apparently it's a better filter. Anyone use this before?

I notice that when I get behind a diesel vehicle, it comes through the AC even though air cycle is turned on. It'd be great if this can eliminate most of it.
