Hi all - I have this rattling sound that might be coming from the headliner. My car just hit 10k miles and has a sunroof.
I've brought the car into the dealership 3x, and their trim person has:
1. Replaced the passenger headrest
2. Tightened everything he could in the dash
3. Replaced one speaker housing in the A-pillar
But there's still this rattling on certain textures of roads and on the highway. I have to keep the stereo on so that I don't have to listen to it.
There's only 1 dealership in town, so I'm taking it back to them, but wondering if anyone else has had similar problems.
The dealership's trim guy has been really attentive - especially after he heard the rattling himself when we road test my car, but I'm wondering if, after 3 dealer visits, this should be escalated to a local GM/Cadillac rep to address?
