Rather than try to explain the issue I have, you can just watch and see what it is doing.
Last time I was able to get a group of responses regarding the Long/Short voice prompts issue it pushed my dealer to get a fix and they did finally resolving an issue that a number of us had. So I'm calling on the group to again give you car a test and try to replicate my issue with the favorites button and see if it goes the opposite way after pressing the vol up or vol down from the steering wheel.
Odd sidenote... You can see in the video the first time I pressed the UP/DOWN after pressing the VOL UP it worked as it was supposed to. Then each time after that I hit the vol then the UP or DOWN it did the opposite. EVERY time I had my phone out to record it would work correctly on the very first time and then was wrong every other time. (I tried like 5 times to get it to fail on my first attempt) If I had my phone put down and not recording, every single time I pressed the VOL UP/DOWN and then the UP/DOWN it would fail. Very odd. Phone is not connected via bluetooth and bluetooth isn't turned on on my phone. I tried it with the phone in the house and the UP/DOWN would do opposite every time so my issue isn't related to some crazy phone interference.
